Our service includes the publication of comprehensive
quarterly written reports to our clients illustrating the work
undertaken within their portfolios. We meet our clients regularly to discuss our reports which review maintenance ‘store by store’ highlighting outstanding jobs, quotations, and any trends in a particular maintenance type (AC, lighting, flooring etc).
Our reports lead to better understanding of how maintenance
can be addressed more effectively in the future.
Operation and Maintenance Manuals
We encourage the formation of comprehensive operation
and maintenance manuals where store data and statutory
certificates are held for quick reference and safe keeping.
As-built drawings, specifications of lighting, AC, fixtures and
fittings and finishes etc, are kept to improve the first time fix
rate from our engineers.
This valuable resource improves our cost effectiveness and these savings are passed on to you.
